Tribeca Tuna

Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Extra Light mayonnaise
- 170g can tuna in spring water, drained
- 2 caramelised onion and poppy seed bagels, halved
- 1-2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 40g (1½ oz) Cheddar cheese, sliced
- ½ yellow pepper, diced
- Handful of leafy lettuce
Instructions
Mix together the mayo with the tuna and spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.
Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
