Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Real mayonnaise
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped herbs e.g. dill
- 2 plain bagels, halved
- 85g (3 oz) smoked salmon, sliced thinly
- 5cm (2 inch) piece of cucumber, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
Mix together the mayo with the lemon zest and herbs and use to spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.
Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
