Ingredients

  • 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Real mayonnaise
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped herbs e.g. dill
  • 2 plain bagels, halved
  • 85g (3 oz) smoked salmon, sliced thinly
  • 5cm (2 inch) piece of cucumber, sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced

Instructions

Mix together the mayo with the lemon zest and herbs and use to spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.

Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
