Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Light mayonaise
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped herbs e.g. parsley
- 2 sesame seed bagels, halved
- 55g (2 oz) marinated artichokes, halved
- 55g (2 oz) goats cheese, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Few fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Mix the mayo, lemon and herbs and use to spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.
Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
