Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Real mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoons garlic puree or to taste
- Zest of ½ small lemon
- 2 high bran and seed bagels, halved
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted pinenuts, optional
- Few fresh basil leaves
- Handful baby spinach leaves
Instructions
Mix together the mayo with the garlic and lemon zest and spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.
Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
