Ingredients
- 2 dessertspoons Hellmann's Light mayonnaise
- Zest and juice of ½ lime
- 2 plain bagels, halved
- ½ x 170g can white crabmeat
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Handful rocket leaves
- Few sprigs of fresh coriander
Instructions
Mix the mayo and zest and juice of the lime and spread over the bottom halves of the bagels
Top with the remaining ingredients and sandwich together
